Method of self-realization? That's individual. The best thing would be to have the most satisfying job (art, sport, whatever), the best possible partner, great family and perfect place to live. Easy, isn't it?

I'll take the second question. Self-realization. Well, I tend to think it's selves realization (we're faceted, and so multiple), and I think you come by that by looking in mirrors. Not just the traditional kind, but the interesting ones, like other people's eyes, in which your reflection is returned with a spin or something you hadn't previously seen of yourself. Many things without a shiny glass surface reflect. Literature, movies, music, art.... what do your reactions to these things say about you?

i think the best quality a human being can have is acceptance the ability to accept everyone and anyone no matter what their skin no matter what they look like
and i think the best method of self relisation is through the use of sacred psychoactive sacraments such as muchrooms salvia ayahausca and even chemicals ones such as MDMA (ecstasy) meditiating while under the divine influence of the sacraments can give you a very good interpersonell look and it can very possibly give you a very deep self relisation

The best quality that a human being should have is that of doubt.Investigate everything,upto its limits.Then no matter whatever your problem in life is you will try to solve it instead of depending on escape mechanisms like godmen,"spiritual books" etc. etc....
