Prophets displayed miracles and people believed in their teachings.
But you haven't seen the prophet; so you have less motive to believe in the religion.
Do you think it is fair to ask god for a miracle for the proof (since we are not living in the same period with the prophet )
Will you ask the god to show you a miracle?
Please mail me if any miracle.

Yes, prophets did work miracles in the name of the Lord. The age of the prophet closed with the death of the last Apostle, St. John.

Prophecies were frequently conditional, "If the people do not change their ways God will visit destruction upon the City..."

Old Testament prophets could bring fire down from the sky. Personally, I don't think we are so holy that we can 'ask God to show us a miracle.'

In any case, belief in miracles is a matter of faith. They are all around us--a car that barely misses us avoiding death or serious injury. A gun that accidentally discharges without injuring anyone.

The Catholic Church documents cases of miraculous occurrences. Read about the life and miracles of Padre Pio who passed away in the Sixties.

Every Messenger of God had Miracles, but they all went with the death of This Messenger,

Except for ONE Miracle that still exists and will for ever exist, The Miracel of the Last Prophet, Mohammad PBUH, that made Islam rule for 1300 years, and made Islam the fastest growing religion on earth today,

It's the Miracle of The Holy Qur'an..
