well im medium sized. i do lots of sport such as swimming, tennis and basketball but have enormous legs like they r fat. how do u reduce the fat. im kinda skinny in tommy but i hate my legs. this might b weird question

ok i do run up the stairs and trying to be on a diet. i do sports like i said run as fast as i can. what else? is there any warm up that helps? how do some ppl have really skinny legs and floppy tommy coz im diff?

Maybe exercise would not be the right thing. Leg muscles grow like crazy. They are the strongest. I tried moving an exercise machine designed for the legs, and it's easy enough using your legs, but using your arms- impossible! I think the only way to get really skinny is to just diet.

if u wanna reduce skinny tommy u can do THE BICYCLE CRUNCH
THE REVERSE CRUNCH
1. Lie on your back placing your hands behind your head for support. Lift your legs in the air so that your legs form a 90° angle.
2. Move your legs in a bicycle motion. When your left knee is closer to your body, reach your right elbow to it. When your right knee gets closer to your body, bring your left elbow to it.
. Lay on the floor with your arms supporting your neck. Keeping your legs together, bring your knees up so your legs form a 90 angle.
2. In a slow movement, bring your knees in towards your chest.
3. Move your knees away from your chest, bringing them down a little past the starting position.Do this at least 100 times a day and this will get rid of your flabby pouch to reveal the six pack that lies beneath!
*This is great for getting rid of a flabby pouch.

well i always been skinnies all my life but i think if you work out and go ranning and dont eat so much sweets then you will lose it hun.
