the most efficient way? Take lessons and make sure you have a good friend or relative who's willing to let you drive theirs while your learning - only with practice can you be perfect :-)

Ask your dad. The average amount of time it takes to learn how to drive is one hour, per day, for each year of your age. Just offer to drive your mum or dad somewhere every evening for about a month, shopping, golf, gym, etc, and by then you should be ready to take your test.

read all about road guide to passs the written test
try to see the driver driving a car or bus, while you're sitting in the bus or taxi
and try to go theme park to play mini car, to make sure you are not fearing in driving and with more confidence

When I was 14, I stole a car. I had no idea how to drive, I just did it. It was pretty easy. My suggestion is just to do it!!
