I don't want him to die, BUT she is going to kill him. And only to avoid someone else writing about him after she's dead.
I want to see Voldy and Wormtail gone, but Wormtail will probably suck up to someone and live.
I think it's unfair that she wants to cut off the chance for someone to pick up the story later, since so much in her stories is "borrowed" from other writers. I'm not dogging her at all, almost all writers do that. So don't jump on me. I didn't believe it until I re-read Eyes of the Dragon, by Stephen King. The boy king in that book got into a fight with a prison guard and had a lightning bolt shaped scar on his face from then on out....That book was written in the 80's I think.
There have been other instances I've come across as well, so I think Rowling is being greedy by killing Harry so no one else can "steal her story".

Since Rowling is (or was) a child's book story writer, she'd be inclined to give a happy ending (unlike non-child book story writer, which have 3 options, happy, sad, and mistery, and is inclined to give sad or mistery).
A happy ending, in my prediction, would not be the death of the Harry, while I'm not sure it'd be the death of He-Who-Must-Not-be-Named (a.k.a Lord Voldemort a.k.a Tom Marvollo Riddle). I'm not even sure that anyone would die again, especially since death has been a very bad theme on child book story. But as we all know, Harry Potter's book is a bit different, in the early books, the book looks like to be targeted for kids, however as the story develops, and later edition is released, I start to feel that the target audience of Harry Potter seems to slowly moves into teenagers, especially with the subplot for Harry's love stories and for death in Cedric's death.
My best prediction on why Rowling does this is perhaps because each subsequent books release date have an interval of one year, and while Harry grows with each book, the readers also grows from kids into teens, and thus the book would need to be adjusted to suit the old fans. And she would attract new audience also, since first time reader would likely be start reading from book one, which is suited for younger childs, which is more likely to be a first time reader.

Well, since Book 5, J K Rowling has taken a U Turn and instead of enjoying and remembering the adventures of Hogwarts one is seriously led to believe that she would eventually kill Harry ...!
And, i think that Harry should die cause he is a no good spellcaster (getting taught by Hermione all the time) in compaison to Voldi who stands to be a Genius and ridiculously always loses cause of Lily's love!

The divinity teacher, Trelawney predicted that Harry Potter will die a terrible death. It is established that Trelawney is a genuine seer. However only the prophecies that she says while in a trance count. Most of the time she's just an airhead. It is possible, however, that she is right on this point.

If anyone is still reading after those long "books" before me, I feel that she will let Harry and Voldemort both live. One can't live w/o the other and every place (city-town) needs a villain and a hero. If not, that changes the whole dynamics of their whole world. What - its gonna have some lame ending of Happily Ever After?

No. Killing Harry off at the end is cliched and just downright annoying.
I have not read all the 6 books, just to have him die at the end. J.K Rowling will not be that cruel.
But one main character (atleast) will be killed off in the last book.
I don't want any of them to die, but maybe Hagrid is killed off, or one of the Weasleys.

I don't know. I mean, I like Harry and all, but I really think he probably will die. But I'm sure plenty of other characters will die, so I'll have my desired blood.
