I mean I have four years time to be the best but i don't know how to start. Please help me.

the best way to become a better man is to never speak hate or violence, be kind but never "overkill" your play, be honest in your own opinion. At work don't show any sign of stress, people hate that. And be "the" team, don't try to be a leader, noone needs that. Give everyone chance and show interest in the yr contribution to any project you are into. Never say No, but "we will try our best".
These are small things that will improve your charisma, people would like to work with you.

a great man??? well i dont want to be any kind of man, the best way for people to see you as great is to get really rich really fast and then give all the money away to charitable causes. however i doubt thats going to happen, how about you give your organs away, you wont survive it, but a few people anyway, will think you were great.

really simple ....well first learn how to ask your questions.
go to school, educate your self, work hard learn to deal with work, find a sport, be a good lover things like that would make you agreat man,,,,i think hey thats me..:) "tip" GIRLS
