try locating in CBI headquarters for a list of frauds and in en quire in Indian medical association for a list of quacks or qualified doctors with the name of gulshan in and around Delhi and NCR region, most probably he is not a doctor and don't worry your id will be safe you can also approach media channels with the condition to hide your id and they will help or go to women welfare association

obviously you slept with him somewhere. go back there. or just go to your doctors obviously its a medical problem.
and how your putting it your making it out like he raped you. thats not a one night stand. dont give mixed messages.
