I live in Indonesia, and I want to have Pay Pal account. Can I do that with open a bank account in Singapore?

I want to open bank account in Citibank or HSBC when I visit Singapore this November. Will Pay Pal accept this? since my address still in Jakarta not Singapore.

hi it doesn't matter if you stay in SIngapore or not. Anyone can open a paypal account with a credit card. For more details, pls log on to www.paypal.com to register. :)

you can use it without bank account ;)

or use the fake address in singapor
