I need to write of the things I learned and the experiences I learned to put in my job-searching resumé. Stuff like learned to deal with customers' problems, and tried to solve them, etc.

main lesson should be humanity. Servicing people of different levels, cultural believes etc. so you greatly improved on your interpersonal skills
