The song is originally spanish, and no spanish speaking native would associate 'macarena' with 'macaroni' because the sounds are different (we say "macarrones"). I don't think the creators of the song had it in mind either.

So, no.

But if it does taste like macaroni TO YOU everytime you read-listen it... then YES!!

The answer is no and I say this because you cannot taste a song. It is physically impossible. But, the song may taste like macoroni if the people that made the song eat macoroni. You could ask the person that made the song if they ate macoroni and then the song does taste like macoroni.
