Could U.S. policy be the main reason for Cuba's continued communism?

Castro's grip on power is the reason Cuba doesn't change. Free trade only works when workers have rights, otherwise it is just another enabler.

Communism will leave Cuba when Castro leaves this planet, which I hope is soon. The people of Cuba deserve better.
