Oldest human skeleton was found in Africa, which the archeologists ironically named "Eve." (Gotta love their sense of humor). So, yes, we're all essentially African.

If by dnas, you mean DNA (de-oxyribose nucleic acid), then this is the fundamental genetic code upon which all living things from simple prokaryotic bacteria up, use to build protien structures for self replication. Given that earliest fossil evidence suggests that 'life' began in the ocean, then to answer your question, no, dnas did not start in africa. However, it is true that the earliest homo sapien (modern man) skeletons have been found in Africa and date to about 120,000 years ago.
