IT is a primal reaction for men to want women. What can we say, we like variety. But on a serious note, giving in to those type of feelings will not only ruin a marriage but a friendship as well. If you have a good marriage and a good relationship with your wife, trust me you don't want to give that up.
If these impulses are to strong distance yourself from the other woman. And try to spend more time with your family.
It wont make it go away but it should make it easier.

Cause u only satisfied with whats already taken instead of yur own. Theres counseling for that kind of behavior if you really need 2 change
