In fact Pakistan should not have nuclear power. Because I feel pak is such a country who will use it for destruction.
You can't give a pistol to a 5 yrs child OR to a criminal because child may harm anybody but criminal SHALL harm.
The nuclear power should not go into wrong hands.
First, pakistan should end the terrorism from its soil and establish democracy so that they can be reliable and then there is no harm if they have nuclear weapon.

definitely YES... pakistan is an independent nation that doesnt require ANY one (not even the us) to dictate its nuclear needs or to make it sign npt or ctbt

No one should have nukes in their arsenal, neither USA not Russia not Pakista nor India.
Why would everyone need them on Earth?
But in space they could be used in preventing asteroid threats , so they could have some use.

i believe that pakistan does have nukes. and then next door, india has nukes too. and they're not good neighbors. oops.
