I have two outdoor buildings, one used for bins and other for electric & gas meters. I am planning to put the combi boiler in the bin outdoor building. These two adjacent outdoor buildings are still connected to the house via a porch, so all pipes will be covered & indoors. I am not fitting the combi in the kitchen as I do not have much room and also kitchen is at front of house and flue would be over the front door. Whereas the flue in the outdoor building would not.

I think that it is OK but you must make sure that you build a cupboard around the boiler and make sure that the wires are inside the cupboard. This fulfills the correct standards and will be beneficial especially if you go onto sell the house
