I read on BBC news that American gov't is using Scottish airport as a route to pass WMD to Israel .For me it seems as americans are also fighting for Israel.

Because in spite of the best interests if the US people, the zionist/jewish lobby in the most powerful and runs the US foreign policy.
Billions are siphoned off in tax dollars and latest weapons each year to support the zionist and christian fundamentalist dreams and arab nightmares. The US military is not controlled by decent Americans.
That is the main reason the US national debt is growing by 1trillion dollars each year (now 8.4 trillion) and will burden future generations of US citizens in this folly.

Because in America, politics is about money.
The money to fund political campaigns comes from business, so when they've got "their man" into the White House, it's payback time.
As a lot of successful business is under Jewish control in the U.S., there is significant influence brought to bear on the U.S. Government to supply arms to "the homeland" - Israel, where the sympathetic roots of the aforementioned business leaders reside.
Simple as that really - as a few people above have said - it's all about money. And it is. The lives of innocent Lebonese civilians comes a poor second.

Why is it that all the liberals, who are aligned with terrorists, can only speak up and criticize a sovereign nation's right to defend itself.
Why does no one speak up against Iran and Syria who have armed Hizbollah?
There is no UN resolution which prohibits Israel from purchasing the weapons it requires to defend itself.
UN resolution 1559 has called for Lebanon to establish itself as a soveriegn nation, take control of its land, for Syria and Iran to stop interfering, and for militias like Hizbollah to disband.
Stop spreading your lies. Laser guided munitions are not WMD. WMDs are considered to be nukes, chems, and bios. Nothing of the sort is happening here.

It's not simply "America". It's big business. If Lebanon was more heavily leveraged by foreign investment, Such as U.S dollars, Euro, Yen, Etc...and insurance companies or Bank of America stood at risk to loose money then less would be destroyed. As it stands key infrastructure pertinent to investment is being avoided(so they say). Then contractors can rebuild properties that will need new financing. Also if targets can be acquired that put investors property at risks such as suicide bombing McDonald's or Sbarro's pizza or a possible random missile landing on an Israeli bank, it is considered smart business.

israel has always been supported by the US since WW2... that's what makes israel a great power that is hard to defeat in the region... i can't see why they condemn iran and syria for providing lebanon with weapons while they do the same with israel???

Look at the surnames of some of the people in high positions of power in USA. Lots of Jewish people there. Not many Palestinians or Lebanese
