To her: Break up with her. She is not worth it. She obviously doesn't care. if she has done that now what will she do later?
To him: she probably didn't tell him about you, so nothing. it ain't his fault. He thought she was free.

On-line sex is not cheating our boy/girlfriend, but there must be a reason why she did it. Ask her, maybe she only wanted to have fun, without having any implications, or maybe she needed something u couldn't/haven't given her lately.
Think about that and talk with her, communication is the key to a successfully relationship
