1. Always go for Virgins
2. Stick to 1 loyal partner (Preferably a virgin)
3. Abstain
4. Masturbate alot

Condoms don't work against STD's. They don't even prevent against pregnancy very well either, my parents used condoms and here I am.

abstinence, fool.
Assuming you're going to get busy though, get tested, and get your partner tested, then stay in a monogamous relationship. If neither of you are infected and neither of you are at risk from anyone else, you're good.
