NO it is Definately hot. My thermostat is on 85 degrees right now.

I am quite cool now thank you for asking! I am very allergic to heat, so I have my air conditioner going on full blast and a fan on my desk going on high, in fact I am a little too cool, there, I just turned off the fan, that's better!
