3 years ago my friend was invited to a party. when the party was over some guy wanted to give her a ride home.and in car he had a bottle of Pepsi, he offered her some pepsi, when she drank it she fell asleep. he took her to his place and raped her.
she discovered that next day when she felt pain in the morning and it was her 1st time to have sex, she figured it out.
unfortunately, my friend didn't tell her family about it, and she lost all conacts with that guy who lives in another country but was there for the summer time.
how do u think my friend should have act?
and what kind of ppl is that guy?

I'm sorry to hear that! Surely this guy is an animal! I hope that one day he will be jailed and raped in jail!
I believe that your friend shouldn't have accepted the ride, but more importantly shouldn't have accepted a drink from a stranger (unless its a closed can or bottle)!
(I am not blaming your friend! These are just my conclusion for future!)

She was so scared or she was too innocent , become dumb that time . Or she may had to create big scene the very next day to make that third class human being realized , what he had done was wrong and now onwards , he should take the responsibility of all the future consequences.
Now its too late to get recovered that damage , but still there is time to get punish that dirty man to ensure he should not repeat the same act in future .

Since its over 3 yrs. She shd treat it as a bad experience and get on with life. No use brooding over it. Be wiser the next x . Forget abt that piece of dirt, one day he will receive his just retribution for taking advantage of another human being. Be thankful she did not get pregnant or contact aids or std

Your friend definately is a victim of rape.
And the guy is nothing more than a criminal (if found guilty in court, until then he is innocent)
Your friend should immediately report the case to the Police.

She must report it he could do it again ( to her or to other people )
There is no time limit on reporting a crime to the police even if it did happened 3yrs ago
You can report it for your friend but she will have to agree to press charges and give evidence to the police

I hate to say this, but I don't think she has any legal recourse. If it's been 3 years that statute of limitations has probably come and gone. However, for her emotional issues she should look for a therapist or her minister.

The guy is a criminal. She should report rape to the authorities. Too late now though it sounds like all the evidence has been destroyed.

I really think your friend should tell her family and you should support her all the way. Stay with her as much as you can. She really needs your company.
