We close our eyes when we do those things to relish the filling. Most of them bring pain or pleasure, this makes it possible for you to fill it.
Tate for example KISSING; when you kiss and you look at your partner, you are jearing at him or her, telling him or her that you are not feeling anything.
when you cry and your eye is open, it will be difficult for tears to come out, moreover air dries it faster, but when it is closed, it flows down like a stream which brings out emotion.
You cannot dream without sleeping, and you cannot sleep without closing your eyes.

1. when kissing, staring at each other is weird. usually it's also to imagine that your partner is someone else.
2. closing the eyes when crying squeezes the tear ducts and better aids the process of pumping tears out.
3. sleeping with your eyes open is possible, however it severely dries out your eyes and burns like hell when you wake up.
we blink to maintain moisture in the eyes. it helps us to make sure that foreign objects stay out, and nothing damages the eye itself.

While kissing, because it is so passionate, and we can feel it the most when we close it.
While crying, i am not sure everybody closes his eyes.
In dream - well you need to be asleep to dream.

becoz then there would be no distraction.
When we cry we focus on the thing that make us cry.
When we kiss we do not want to be distracted.
You can't dream with your eyes open rite? You have to sleep with your eyes closed.

I don't know about anyone else but half the time I keep my eyes open when a kiss, and when I cry ....but when I dream I am asleep so my eyes are closed duh
