count 100 to 1 at bed time. keep mind totally empty. give own suggestion to your mind. that i am sleepy sleepy sleepy..... and you will be in good sound sleep. this is tested formula. it works. just keep your faith. ok.

i would suggest you try alternatives. Medicine at times might not be able to heal . Find out the cause for your insomnia.Why can't you sleep? Or rather when did it exactly start? Some event in ur life caused it? was it due to some trauma? What are your working hours etc. Just try to find out why you can't sleep an when you get an answer to that, u will be able to find out how you can sleep

Talk to your doctor about depression, you might be depressed which could be screwing up your sleeping. The best remedy is to work out intensely (not weight lifting, aerobic stuff), at least an hour before going to bed. It helps me when I'm actually not too lazy to exercise.

do you take caffein?

despite exercising, aromatheraphy and all the so-called sleep-hygiene stuff....i was once dependent on stilnox... but my body got used to it and its not working anymore. i knew i had to stop.

i used to take at least a cup of tea and a cup of coffee daily, later, i made sure i only take the before 3pm, still not much help. Now, i dont take tea or coffee daily. Only drinks like 2 or 3 cups a week and amazingly i fall asleep a lot easier!

Yes piles. But you have to go to a doctor for them, and be careful not to became addicted
