I have loose some weight but still not able to tone down my upper part of the tummy.

I understand where you are coming from. You don't have to or need to do 100 situps a day to get results either. You can do 3 sets of 12-15 reps in correct form and feel the burn. This is how you know that you are efficiently working your muscles. Concentrate on the movement and work slowly and it should help. Get a DVD or video on ab movements and they can teach you the proper technique. Make sure that you are eating right and doing enough cardio and strength training so that you will see results. You could have six pack abs, they are just hidden under a layer of fat. Until you lose more weight, and burn more fat, your abs won't look more toned. You need to do some intense cardio to burn more fat. All women have belly's on them, unless they are under weight, so don't be too hard on yourself!

first of all you have to do more cardio exercises in order to burn the fat...you also have to strengthen all the muscles in your body and not only your abs because muscles burn calories faster...and don't forget to eat healthier...
