Tell him if he doesn't back off you will get a restraining order against him. Maybe you should give a reason as well, he could be confused since you mentioned you don't give him a real reason. Maybe he thinks you're just playing hard to get? In any case, be firm and give him a good reason and tell him to respect you.

It kind of sounds like your leading him on feelings are feelings everyone has them. I think that you should talk to him and tell him that you have a boyfriend and that you like him as a frined and nothing more. Its cool if you want to be nice but forward honesty is the best and fastest. You knw he likes you, be nice but dnt feel sorry for ne1 I think that makes things worse.
Good luck and be carefull, people care get wierd when it comes to emotions.

Tell him you dont want to go out with him. You are in a committed relationship and it is making you uncomfortable. Tell him if he dont stop you will get a restraining order because he is acting like a stalker.

Sounds a little scary. Maybe a restraining order. Perhaps a firm word from your boyfriend would help.

He isn't stopping because you haven't put a clear stop to it. You just need to tell him that you have a bf and he needs to respect that and back off cause it isn't going to happen. You are trying to be nice and not hurt his feelings and he is taking that as encouragment to keep trying.

Beware that this doesn't turn into a stalking problem! Tell him in no uncertain terms will you go out with him, and that if he persists, you will notify police...then DO IT! Some people are unable to "just be friends"

Not giving him a real answer means he thinks he has a shot. You better get it real clear, you don't want to date.

On the other hand, he may already be a stalker.Tell him no, and close the door.

Tell him that he's upsetting you and if that doesn't work...go to the local police station and file a report (they take this stuff seriously nowadays). A restraining order may be in your future....don't delay.

He sounds like he is becoming obsessive. Tell him that if he doesn't stop that you will report him to the police. I'm kinda paranoid, so I'd also make sure not to be with him by myself if I were you.

well, first of all do you still like him? because other wise you should strongly tell him that you have no such feelings for him and that you want to be friends, if that doesnt work, try getting help from your close neighbors or family members to talk to him for you.
