Anything under 100,000 pages would be considered insufficient to properly outline and define each detail appropriately.

You need to make it so long and constipated such that no one could possibly read and/or understand the document in its entirety without hiring a fleet of lawyers to assist ... it's called job security.

We simply would never have one. I don't think I've met two lawyers who could agree on any one point long enough to put it into writing. They'd be arguing who "We, the People," applies to fifty years from now.

Excellent!! It would look like our tax code - seen that lately? Example: The big shot who spoke before Lincoln at Gettysburg blathered on and on for over two, maybe three hours. Lincoln spoke for less than three minutes. I can recite Lincoln's address - I don't even remember who the "big shot" was.
