I don't know the fertility signs..what is relaiton between fertility and ovulation? please give tips to know fertility signs...i am ovalute,but i don't know when is my fertile time.please help...Which is best time to conceive?

Count 14 days from the START of your last period and it will be around then, e.g if your period started on the 3rd of this month then you will Ovulate around the 16th. If you ovulate then it means you are fertile and can have a baby. I have been seeing a specialist and she doesnt recommend ovulation kits as this is when you start getting obsessed which often results in no baby being conceived. I have no doubt other women have found them useful though but try doing it on your own for a while and look for the signs yourself, you will have a white slippy discharge (like egg whites) around your ovulation date, feel hotter than usual and some women get a sharp pain in their side. If you have an active sex life then dont worry, sperm can live in your fallopian tubes for up to 2 days so try making love every other night around your ovulation time. I have been trying too so if you click on my picture on the left (which is missing at the moment!!) then you can ask me anything else you are wondering about. Ovulation is a sign of fertility in a woman. Generally, the most fertile time for a woman is 7-20 days after the first day of her last period.
I would suggest that you buy an ovulation prediction kit and take a test. If the stick changes color, it means that you have about 24 optimal hours to try to conceive. Make good use of those 24 hours and see what happens!
A OB-Gyn friend of mine said that it is a good idea to take Robitussin during ovulation, because it thins out the mucous membranes.
If you try all of that and still don't conceive, I would suggest having your husband do a sperm test to make sure that he is producing enough sperm.

Ovulation is when the egg comes down the fluopian tubes and plants it self in the uterus waiting to be fertilized. This occurs around 11th-15th day of your cycle. Every woman is different and you can actually buy test that tell you when you're ovulating. If the egg goes unfertilized then you will have your period. Being fertile is more relating to your ability to get pregnant..if your ovulating chances are your fertile. The best time to concieve is during you ovulation..unfortunately this is a small time period..usually 24-72 hrs...a ovulation kits helps you know when it's the best time. Good luck..

Being fertile means that you are Ovulating, so they are the same thing. If you are not ovulating or about to Ovulate then you are not fertile, ovulation happens right about the middle of your month cycle but ONLY IF you have a regular cycle, if you don't then it can happen at any time. The best thing to do is to get a Fertility monitor or Ovulation kit to see when you are ovulating then have sex during those days and that's it. eat healthy
back off caffiene
workout, even if its just a 20 minute walk a day, be active.
