Hello i am a 42 yr old female. I hope you know what the old say "Trying to keep up with the Jones" means.
Here is my best advice:
Don't try and keep up with the Jone's, Stay right where you are, Because you'll meet them, on their way back down!!.
Good luck, Don't forget to always take care of your self and if your going to get married, please, treat your wife the way you expect to be treated!!!!

What a great question! I am 38 and I have to tell you how quickly times goes by. It really seems like I was twenty just a few years ago. Be young and have fun while you can, because life tends to beat you down along the way. Life is a journey and death is its destination so enjoy every moment. Know that the decisions you make now will be very important later on. Start saving as much money that you can and stay out of debt. Buy a house as soon as you can afford one. Tell your parents that you love them because they won't be around forever. I don't know if any of that makes sense, but I wish I were 20 and could start all over again. Good Luck!!

Beware of drugs and alchohol...they will lead you down a path of self-destruction. Any "friends" that tell you otherwise are not true friends.
Take care of you body & your mind....you get only one of each.
Keep an open mind.....one can learn important lessons from strange sources.
Find peace within yourself & you will see it in others more often.
A person who faces each day with his sword drawn and his shield raised will soon be found in battle.
These are just a few of the things I try to pass on to others. I'm 40, by the way.

There is plenty you can learn. Usually people your age believe they know more than us oldies though. It's refreshing to see that you at least asked. I've done it all, so I reckon I could help with some things..... eh, depending on what you want to know of course. And NO, you cannot borrow my car!!!!
