Here's what facism is..."a political philosophy, movement, or regime (as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition"
As for any countries in the world with fascist regiems...none. As for pockets of neo-facism...all over the world. The US being one of the hot-beds. The KKK, Neo_Nazis, Neo-Facists, Zionists.

As for Italy during WWII...Italian fascism (in Italian, fascismo) was the authoritarian political movement which ruled Italy from 1922 to 1943 under the leadership of Benito Mussolini. Fascism in Italy combined elements of corporatism, totalitarianism, nationalism, militarism, and anti-Communism.

Italy had to defend itself from Nazi invasion, and they still pleaded for our help to do that. I am German and feel very sorry for what happened but you can't blame all of Germany. The people who did not wan to become part of Hitlers plan were put into the concentation camps and excuted. So in all fairness not all of Germany is to blame. But one goverment Facist was FRANCE!
