I mean I ask a simple question about how I can address teh fact that my daughter walks around in a bikini most of the day, and what do I get in return? Everyone focuses on the fact that I feel sexually temped by her. Grow up people and try to answer the question that I ask ok?

people judge, and so they make their judgement that that is why you are asking, cause you just want to talk about it.
If you're a man, and your daughter is walking around the house in a bikini most of the day, you need to make her get dressed and save the bikini for the beach or the pool or suntanning outside. Not for wearing all day around the house. That's inappropriate when there are mature males around.

Because the point is your feelings about it, not the fact she is wearing something revealing. I do not think it makes you a "sicko" but you need to address why you are attracted to her.
A dad should be someone she can feel totally secure around. How will she ever feel safe around other guys or ever feel like anything other than a sex object in front of other men if her own dad cannot see her as just a person and not an object of desire...?
I hope you will find someone you trust to talk to about this. It is worth finding out why you are having this reaction, for both your sakes.

I have found by using this site 24/7 (addicted) that it depends on where you post the question. Of course, the questions on the home page can be seen by anyone, so you'll get some wacky/dumb/non sensical answers for its time on there. But in the seperate categories, I've noticed that in Entertainment & Music, there are a lot more "for fun" questions (ones that aren't serious... like "do you want to friend me on myspace?" or "i just farted what should I do?" type thing), and there are a lot more stupid answers. I'm not trying to offend anyone, but some people answer for a laugh, not to really help you. Try posting your question in parenting or social science. They're a bit more serious. :)

well, if you didn't want people focusing on the sick fact that you are sexually tempted by her, maybe you should have left that info out of your question. that's sick, man. and i'm probably older than you, so i don't need to grow up. commit yourself to an institution and your temptations will fade, sicko.

part of the problem is that the average age of the user here is 13.. not exactly wisdom in a box. some of us are genuinely older and wiser and trying to help.
