Depends on your state and local laws where you reside. In Arkansas for example, yes if the site was authored in the state and or the photos were taken in state. But then again with the web the way it is???
Make sure everyone in the photo's is aware they are being published and you have their consent and they are of age for your state nationally 18 and you should be ok.

It depends on the age of the females and exactly what's shown.
Kiddie porn will get you prison time in the United States. Graphic sex could also get you in trouble. I would think mere nudity, tastefully presented, would probably be legal if the models gave their consent in writing and were of legal age.
Best advice: If you aren't sure don't do it.

If the subjects videoed or photographed are over 18 and were taken by a photographer with their (the subjects) knowledge and written consent..no problems.
