Of course. However it is a lifestyle change and sometimes it takes a while to get used to the new changes you need to incorporate in order to be healthy and fit. You must keep at it if you want to be healthy for the rest of your life. Exercise is great for you as it relieves depression and anxiety and it also lessens you chances of disease later in life. I used to be a junk food junkie and never went to the gym. Now I love it and I am an avid hiker and love kayaking. Once it becomes a part of your life, other than looking good on the outside you will want to keep it going. Besides physically, it really clears your mind and you feel better about yourself. Yes, it is worth it!

It is all worth it. I think a fit body is worth it. I myself don't eat much greasy stuff and junk food all in the name of a good body. I would rather sacrifice, and sacrifice I did for the past 15 years or so... and i am not regreeting it. sometimes i feel the urge to eat whatever i like just to enjoy. but i figured, once the beauty is gone, would be hard to have it back - sometimes. better safe than sorry...
