How do i maintain my cool?

when me & my bf are quarreling, he always use vulgar against me & when he knows i m trying my best not to get pissed off, he will try his best to make me lose my temper so that he'll win the fight.

Your life will be in accordance with your own wishes...without finding yourself fighting other people's wishes.

Just play the game 10 out of 10 times he will learn he cannot upset you...then he will find other ways to comfort you because he will then begin to think he may lose to women he loves.

That when you will see the better side of him.

it is never easy to maintain one's cool when you are in the midst of quarrelling. I dun know how is your character like but since u know your bf so well, I feel tt when he start a quarrel u just ignored him. No doubt u can feel hurt or upset on the words he used but is it better to keep quiet and treat it as a grumbling from your bf.

Smack him! heh just kidding... quarelling is just as important in a relationship, think off the making up after the fight ;) but yeah if you dont want to lose it completely just walk away from it, let him scream his head off, u just walk away & see his reaction then...
