Point to them and keep on laughing, act like if you're about to settle down and then start laughing again, the crowd will soon join in.

The tone of your question makes it sound as if you think you're a gangster, and you're not white.
Your question also has a racist tone as you refer specifically to "white boys", whereas you could just ask "How should I treat people who think they're gangsters?"
I'm guessing (from having seen another of your questions) that girls look at you as if you are crazy because you walk around with attitude thinking you're a gangster, whereas really you're just an idiot - a slightly racist idiot!
