First don't think of it as losing "quick weight"
Weight gain is usually the result of too much intake and not enough output.
First thing to do is cut back on your portions of whatever your eating.
Next drink more water. Not juice, not soda, not milk, not liquids in general, Water!
Stay away from fried foods and pay attention to the ingredients of the foods that you do eat. Cut back on the sodium consumption.
Eat more fiber. Less meat. More veggies and fruit, and cut your fat intake by 75%.
And here's the key,
Walk, Run, Laugh, Swim, Ride a Bike, do stuff, and don't ride in the car unless yu just have to. Walk to the bus stop or train or subway then walk from the stop to your destination.
That's it, no secret. Eat less, exercise more. You'll sleep better, you'll lose weight, you'll feel better, you'll even be smarter, really!
Good luck and God Bless!
