In my opinion there should be a balance between male and female teachers in a school.

In my experience the male teachers have a worse time with discipline than the females. Maybe because the females have had experience with raising children. I think a better questions would be about appointing better-qualified teachers.

No, it is important to have a mixture of sexes in school teaching, so that children can find a teacher they feel comfortable with and can talk to. But discipline should begin at home, respect for others should begin at home. If these are instilled in a child BEFORE school age, then MOST children will obey rules, not cause damage and treat other occupants of the establishment in a reasonable manner.

i not so much because male teachers are also a bit playful especially those who teach P.E.But firm male teachers might solve you problem
