you know what in asia we have so called threading. Where they made use of strings to remove facial hair, the regrowth is like about 2 weeks or can last for 3 weeks. A lil painful and i suffer probs like u, tiny bumps aka rashes starts appearing, gone after a week.
LIke the others answered its best after having it removed, try washing the area with cleansing foam containing tea tree oil/ witch hazel or foams or facial toners containing astrigent qualities. Then apply calamine lotion to soothe the area.
It works for me.
My fren made use of aloe vera gel, original from the plant itself and apply on the affected area. It works.
Try it..who knows... :)

1. Eat healthy.
2. Wash your face atleast 3 times daily.
3. Use lesser chemical products on your skin as they clog pores unnecessarily
4. If you put on make up, check it's compatibility with your skin.
5. Go natural. There are a lot of ayurvedic medicines for acne like Evergel 90 by Prakruti JiyoFresh.
Peace!

Before you pluck try putting a warm flannel on the area for a few minutes. It will help the hair follicles to 'open' and allow the hair to be plucked easier, so hopefully will cause less irritation. Hope it helps.

clean the area with a good toner afterwards (try witchazel and rosewater toner) and then put cool slices of cucumber onto the irritated area. some people just react more to getting eyebrows plucked so dont do it before a big date!

i get those too. make sure you don't use oil on your eyebrow after you wax it (some pros use oil which helps take the wax off) and rub some neosporin on right after you're finished.

The other answer is good, but also you should do it after a hot shower, the steam and heat make the hair softer, and eaiser to remove.
