PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) does not mean that you cannot have kids, it means that you need help getting pregnant. You should go to a good RE (Reproductive Endocronologist) who will help you. You're still young and I'm sure that there's something out there for you.
I have PCOS myself, and I'm trying for over 3.5 years, but I'm not giving up.

Having PCOS does not mean that you cannot become pregnant. My step-daughter has this and was told that if/when she wanted to have a baby there are treatments available. Talk to your OB/GYN before making any decisions.

I definitely wouldn't ask your sister! Surrogate mothers go through enough heartache, giving up a baby that they had for all of those months. It would be too close to home.
Personally, I don't believe in fertility drugs, or surrogates or anything that defies God. God only gives you what you can handle.

Please be informed that the biological mother will always have a affection towards the child and may be at a later date the sugrant mother creat some kind of problematic relation for you and the child. Better go for an addoption.

If you cannot spell surrogate, you should not be bringing, nor raising children in this world. Take the time to look the spelling up in the dictionary. If you cannot do this, you do not have the time, nor the inclination to raise children.

Well, if you want. There's also the option of adoption (sorry, didn't mean to rhyme).
