Nope. Why? Because the land was stolen from their neighbors.

A strong financial incentive for all. We are all the most dangerous when we have nothing to lose. Go through a divorce and have everything taken away from you. Next get a great job and have 60 percent taken away. When things seem hopeless and unfair your mind fills with bad thoughts. Next, work through it, start a new family, beautiful children, a house, TVs cars, furniture, equity and respect at work and home. A simplistic example, but when you actually have something to lose that you are happy for and could lose if you did something stupid, like self sacrifice to destroy 8 people you could care less about to begin with. Your family loses you which you now value, loses home, etc.. . If you have so little that $6000.00 for your family is worth dying to help destroy the system that makes them suffer, the choice is redefined. Also, it's not very fun to be the richest on the block when every time you go on vacation your home is ransacked by the neighbors you refuse to employ. Balance, Equity, Equality, Justice. I just don't know who has it right. Hugo Chavez seems alright denouncing capitalism for it's evil but capitalizes on oil sales to succeed. Giving something to the people while maintaining Sovereign wealth seems to get support. Just don't do like Evita Peron. America better pay attention to it's poor.

Israel is following all charters for peace, but the surrounding could not co-exist with the world because of their own ********* law. Wherever that ******** is presence they alienated with the world and create problem. The war is between terrorism and democracy. We have support the democracy because we are civilized. So i am supporting Israel to erase terrorism from the world. I thank USA's support in this regard.

Look , the main reason for this situation is as answered before the land was stolen so how would you feel if i came to you house and occupied the bed room and the kitchen and brought another family and i told them this is your promised house you stay there would you as a house owner accept them and have a breakfast on one table or invite them for a morning cup of coffee, how would your neighbors feel, and would you feel furious if your neighbors start to communicate with them as new neighbors, it's Impossible

Men make war. Men make peace. We have free will, we don't need a guy who lived 2000 years ago to tell us how to make peace. The only way peace can exist in the middle east is to abolish religion from government (this includes israel and all of it's neighbors). Peace and prosperity is achieved through compromise, but the very nature of religion forces it to be absolute. There is no compromising with someone who has strong religious beliefs (especially if your religion calls it a sin if you do not actively attack and convert people of other faiths, like judeo-christian-islamic religions). You will understand this if you ever try to present a logical argument for evolution to a die-hard young earth creationist. There are moderates, yes, but there is no compromise with fundamentalists.
'Terrorism' arises when there is no hope. To combat terrorism is to combat hopelessness. To combat hopelessness you need prosperity. Israel's bombing of Lebannon's infrastructure will increase hopelessness in the civilians that survive, and turn more of them to terrorism in the future. This is not the way to achieve lasting peace. Lasting peace can only come through seperation of church and state for all countries, and equal rights for all humans (like the US first amendment). If everyone feels like they have opportunity for prosperity, they will not want to resort to war (because it will destroy their prosperity and their future).
This would work in the long term, but I'm afraid it's just wishful thinking on my part.

israel is not looking to fight a war. it's just defending itself. its' the neighbors that should realize that israel is here to stay. it's not because that they persecuted jesus that they are bad people. it was meant to be. the arabs have their own islam religion and some if not all of them use same to create havoc. so who are they kidding. they, the arabs should realize they have their own faults and start making peace with israel.

I doubt it. God said that the sword would never leave the house of David. Isn't that where his descendants are? If so, then no, because God said it. Peace will only come when Jesus returns.
