Personally, I like women who look confident rather than any specific physical attribute. So for me, then right length of hair depends on the girl, her personality and her face.
Sinnead O'Connor looks great clean shaven, Catherine Deneuve looks great with hair around her face...

That's way too short. I personally love long hair on a woman and VERY FEW can pull the whole short hair thing. I don't know though. You might be one of those that looks cute.

Too short is basically a matter of preference to the indervidual.
Have your hair how YOU like it, not how others like it.
Sinead o'Conner has very short hair and is still stunning.
Gail Porter has none and is beautiful.
There is no "Too short"

That is way too short. That is like the surfer guy style hair. Your hair should be at least 4 inches long minum.

I used to have really long hair but made a decision to go shorter and shorter and am really confident with it now. I doubt I could ever get it shaved but I know some women do and look cool with it: personal choice and design management makes you look good.

That sounds about alright! Short hair on a girl looks good most of the time.. I know a girl, though, who is incredibly overweight, adn she has REALLY short hair (you can actually see her skull) .. it makes her look fat in her face, which is a pitty, slightly longer and she'd look cute..

It really depends on the girl. I've seen pixie hair on some girls that just makes them look amazing, but on some girls short hair is not very complimentary. It depends on height, weight, and the type of face you have.

personally i think women should have long hair. i hate to see a women with short hair it's like she trying to be a man....
