yes, this is something that can be helped through a proper diet. antacids tend to make the problem worse in the long run. our industrial diet no longer takes the time to prepare foods so they are not easily digested these days. we used to ferment vegetables and milk and soak nuts, seeds, and flours. white bread and sugar are easy ways to get bloated. also avoiding polyunsaturated oils and highly processed food will help. focus on fresh food: meats, dairy (yogurt, kefir, eggs), veg, fruit and whole grains. eat sugars that are in whole form and in moderation: pure maple syrup, honey, dehydrated cane juice etc.

a good cookbook is nourishing traditions by sally fallon. you can find a lot of helpful information on http://www.westonaprice.org/index.html

you can also try encentric coated acidopholis to build-up healthy flora in your gut. be aware that chlorine, chloramine, and flouride in tap water will kill the healthy bacteria in your intestines. naturally fermented food will also help build healthy bacteria.

it is the hormones, irrespective of what sort of delivery manage, all of them include hormones, which may make you bloated. You can take a look at taking Midol which supposedly is helping with the bloating for the duration of your interval however I certainly not concept it did a heck of plenty for my bloating. Or, take a look at a girdle, they have got a few well ones in the market now!

Probably adding ginger into your meals do help. Or even better, drink a cup of warm ginger tea.
