10. Michael Balack ( too overrated, where was he before?)
9. Cristiano Ronaldo ( individualist, he prefers better too show-off rather than help the team, dives too much)
8. Alessandro Del Piero ( good player, a leader for Juve, he has scored the greatest number of goals for the team)
7. David Beckham (a golden-ball winner, an amazing skill for scoring from long distances and thats it, better known for his wife and his modelling career)
6. Francesko Totti (good player, a very good assist-man and good in dribbling. Roma's rapresentative
5. Ronaldo (he was the best, but now he's out of form, needs a team to help him score)
4. Wayne Rooney (very young but very talented, a bomber with a good tecnique as well)
3. Andriy Shevchenko (amazing goalscorer, the firs goalscorer of Europe, golden-ball winner, he lead Ukraine to the finals of the WC and has scored in each important Milan' win)
2. Ronaldinho (he is the best for Barca, amazing tricks with the ball, but he can't play with the national team)
1. Kaka' ( he is young but he's the most decisive player for Milan and the most effective for Brazil, he's got a great tecnique and has scored some amazing goals)

(10 being worst, 1 being best)

10. Christiano Ronaldo- overated before the cup. now exposed as a cry baby, bad sport, winker, and nobody likes him anymore

9. Shevchenko- still a great player, but not in the class of the following

8. Del Piero- not as good as Canavaro

7. Ballack- A good player, but didnt show much in this world cup

6. Kaka- A little overated, not in the same class as ronaldo and ronaldinho

5. Totti- a great player, but advancing in age

4. Beckham- An absolute legend, he too is advancing in age, but still the best in the world on free kicks and set pieces

3. Ronaldinho- they say he is the best in the world, but he had an extremly dissapointing world cup

2. Ronaldo- possibly the best player of all time, yes he is now quite old, but he still played better than ronaldinho in the 06 cup

1. Wayne Rooney- you have to remember that wayne is still so young, 20? he is a fabulous player and shouldn't be judged by his world cup performance. He was still not quite fit, and the whole testicle stomping thing got blown out of proportion, it was clearly unintentional.

Kaka is the best in the list... however, I think more than half of the players on this list are not worthy of mentioning...

I won't list them all out, but why has no one answering this question mentioned Henry?
