yahoo now uses popups to enter rooms,DO NOT turn off popup blocker,no need. click on popup blocker click on always allow.add yahoo.com to list. then the 1st thing you do when you enter lounge is check play small window in option box. if you don't and enter room you get grey screen,if you just close it you are now in a room and if you try going elsewere you will get "error logging in " in every lounge..if this happens click on lounge tab and check small window box,or reboot and follow above info.once in small room you can expand it,,you only see top half of cards but you can play.and see chat area so you can talk to other players.yahoo is now running sales ads in rooms. email them and complain i did, if everyone does this maybe they will stop it. the site to complain is

If it froze up and there's no way to refresh, you're going to have to close the screen. You might lose points on your rating, but there's nothing much else that can be done.
Probaly a glitch with the crib game if you're logged in and playing other games. You might want to try contacting the site where the game is (like Yahoo or whoever) and see if they can adjust your rating since it wasn't your fault. Otherwise, it's just best to write it off and play a new game to get your rating back up.
