Everybody had a different standard. Personally, I believe that the best colleague that I ever had is those that really can work as a team and don't backstab you type. These are the people where we can really worked with. But these are also the type of colleague you can rarely find in Singapore

I tell you what type of colleagues I don't like most, those that are always late for meetings, don't know when to shut up, want to act smart and yet talk nonsense and also those who don't take care of colleagues and their feelings.

non-gossipers, helpful, teamwork, understandable, helpful, sincere, considerate, courteous, polite, not proud, reliable, not petty, responsible, not making use of people, fast-pace work attitude, and open for discussion.
