Such a good question, and yet so hard for me to answer... As long as my computer can play music, I can type for hours... Writing and Music are too beautiful together to keep apart sometimes...
A guitar that could record to disc, using no external chords or devices, only a recorder built into the body. A cup holder that could cool or heat your drink would be cool, not so productive, but cool nonetheless. A writer's desk that has a cycling machine attachment, for those health writers looking to stay in shape to sell their product.

I had a friend once that invented dance steps with her mop. She would mop her floor while passionately swinging it around and moving her body to a swing beat. It was very entertaining to watch.

i've always put my thoughts into action. rather than wander through my mind. it's more better to put your thoughts into action. for the challenge to fulfill it or live it is there. the challenge of doing better is there, the fun of exploring is there. adventure, thrills, etc... so you see, the better you put it into action, the fun would be present...
