I got this guy friend that always has a go at my b/f, he calls me and we talk for hours and he txts me a lot, then i don't hear from him for like 6 months, then he tells me he wants a g/f cos he's lonely and he wants someone to spoil and asks how things are going with me and my bf. so when i txt him, he doesn't answer??? it's only when he txts me or calls me he's all nice and freindly, he keeps arranging to meet up and go out, so when i txt him i get nothing. i get the impression that if i was single he's ask me out, but can't we still be freinds??? i can't figure this guy out.

he's a lurker, he is waiting for you to break up with your bf. There are no mixed message's about this you just don't want to see it for what it is. I highly doubt that you can be friends with him, it will come out that you don't want him and he will feel completely rejected and you will have hurt his manly pride and ego. So know sorry there won't be friendship and he totally likes you as more then a friend

This guy is playing games with you and you are right, he is trying to separate you from your boyfriend. If you have a good relationship with your present boyfriend then would I would suggest you remain with him.. I suggest you set down rules and boundaries with this other person and don't allow him to destroy your relationship with your boyfriend, he will if given the opportunity.. Once you have set these rules and boundaries You shouldn't have to worry about trying to figure him out... I hope this helps you.... Good Luck...

figure your self out! get some self esteem training and these 'games' won't appeal to you anymore.
