Drink lots of water! Because your body will retain water (water weight) if your even the SLIGHTEST bit water deprived. even if you dont think you are you need the 8 glasses though its hard... That'll get rid of a few lbs. On top of that do a LOT of fat burning cardio and wear warm clothing when your working otu to sweat out the water retention you already have to help... that'll get you sweating and dropping lbs. Also, eat high proteins, low in carbs and fat fat and carbs will SIT in your stomach forever giving you little unwanted lbs. While protein you'll burn real fast during that cardio you'll be doing! Now, I'm assuming you want to drop the 10 lbs to reach a certain weight for a reason... because this diet is a quick fix to drop weight for boxing, or wrestling to get into a weight category you desire.. its DEF not something you want to consider as being a long term weight drop technique because you will plataue your weight at about 10 lbs less! :) hope to help!

One way, although it's not too healthy, is with diuretics. Loosing 10 pounds can come off pretty quickly if it's water. It does come back though, and quickly. Be careful to eat things with potassium like bananas and cantaloupe. Diuretics cause you to loose potassium which is bad for the muscles, and mainly the heart. The best way unfortunately is diet and exercise which is hard and takes longer.

eat right and exercise. It didn't get there overnight, and it certainly won't leave overnight. I'm battling it myself, but I'm doing it right. One of my friends is a personal trainer, so I joined her gym, and have been following her advise. I'm proud to say, that within one month, and this ain't no bull, I lost 6 1/2 pounds. Yep! I was so happy! I plan to lose much more while building muscle mass. I'm on my way, and you could be too...you just have to adjust your eating, and do some cardio exercises EVERYDAY. depends on how fast ive lost close to that in hours by going in a bathroom closing all doors windows and crankin up the hot water like a sauna then work out sweat suites andsweat shirts with a jumpin rope work great

Seriously, losing weight fast, means it comes back on faster and it damages your health. not drinking water for a while will drop about 5 pounds. clearing out your intestines and not eating for a while will lose you another 5 pounds if you are lucky. But you will be faint and feel ill, and it is not a permanent solution.

when i crash diet like that i go on the hosiptal diet... popsicles and jello... eat that for 3 or 4 days and you should drop weight fast... but dont get sugary popiscles... or go on the no carbs diet... it takes a little longer... or cut ur calories by 1/4... so if u consume 2000classes drop it to 500... its not good for u but itll make u lose weight quick.. and if u exercised alot so your burning what u eat then you're sure to drop those 10lbs within 3 days ....

H2O - Water!!! Take a full 12 ounces of water before any and all meals, It makes you feel full so you eat less. Try it for a week, those pounds will drop ( pour ) right off!! *This has been used by movie stars forever, and its harmless.

exercise, stop soda, there are also some bowel cleaners that will clean you out at like a GNC. it may help. just don't do anything drastic, it will not be good for your health. 10 pounds can be lost fast with healthy food,exercise, and plenty of water.

Losing weight fast isn't healty for some people. Depending on your body chemisty and metabolism, there isn't really a good answer that anyone can give you. Consult your physician and he can give you the best advice on loing weight quickly,

I heard about the lemonade diet - that magician guy did it and lost a ton of weight I can't remember his name - the one that drowns himself in Times Square or whatever he does.. David something I think and Robin Givens also did it - you are supposed to lose crazy weight safely and detox.
