it is a motherboard with two cpu's and u can get two dual cpu's which would be like 4 processors...smokin most of them are used on servers though

a dual motherboard is a motherboard with the capability's of having 2 cpu's (Central Processing Unit) inside it. This means faster speeds and it can be used to run more programs simultaneously.
