Women over 50, will you answer this?

Have you had younger men approach you? I was led to believe that older women were NOT that appealing to young men. Now that I Am older, I have been VERY surprised at the number of Young men, as young as 17 & 18, who have been interested in me.

I am very flattered to find I'm not an undesirable old fossil, as I imagined. To be honest, it's nice to know... but I really couldn't picture myself dating someone younger than my son.

I do not condemn others who do. I don't think we can help who our hearts choose. As for me, I want someone who's older, well... still with the ability to still find the boy within, but experienced in life, if you know what I mean.

So, have You had young men approach you? If so, how do you feel about it and how have you dealt with it? Were you able to deal with it compassionately?

First of all, forgive me a 25 year old male to answer this question when it was directed to women over 50. By nature, men tend to find comfort, safety and happiness by being close to nature and what else could be more natural than a woman herself in any form, be it mother, sister, wife or daughter. As far as young men dating older woman is concerned it is just the same as older men dating younger woman. Its perfectly alright and u never know when and with whom you might fall in love. Some people in their primes are still immature and some young people have a lot of understanding of life and they are sources of maturity in themselves. All the best to you....go ahead...you do seem so soft and interesting that anyone would just come over with a wish to be with you.

sorry, i am a 54/m. i think i can help. when i was 22, i had a 48 year old lover. when i was 28, i had a 66 year old. both taught me the art of pleasing a woman. i still like older women-over 40.
