You wouldnt be the only person feeling like this.. it will happen once every other blue moon. Nothing much really to change it, until 1. you find out the reason 2. think of something or do something to keep you busy. Though you said you werent in the mood...thats probably why. Dont sit down bored, enjoy life some how. You will always get bad feelings...may be really true and may be hard to help the issue, but you have to try thinking a little pass that, Unless you know for sure you know the reason and you can help it.
Just smile...laugh...cheer... <---something thats joyful
if you cant, im sure you can :) theres always someone or something out there to help you

Just try and think of that positve feeling you know you have.If you are still not in the mood for anything,then "it is only a mood"..Best thing in my opinion is to go out and do those things you have wanted to do,one at a time.Don't overwhelm matters.Little things are the nicest,even if unplanned .Just change your mood.Have a nice day!
In fact,I think I will start my day like that.Think about me trying to find a little bit of fun,lol.Let's see who gets exhausted first.

If you are in a bad mood for no reason, then you normally are not in good mood, which is not so good.

Everyone had a down day when they just wake up on the wrong side of the bed. If you're not back to your normal self in a day or 2, ask yourself what is making you feel the way you do and maybe talk to someone about it.

You just need more rest.. it happens to everyone.. it´s called getting up on the wrong side of the bed.. easy cure.. take a nap or go back to bed.

don t force yourself to do any kind of activity. take care of urself. sleep, eat, listen to your favorite song in repeat... be at peace with ur inner self, ur mind, ur body, ur whole person. allow urself to think about whatever u want.u ll feel better, i promise u.
