"precum" should be more precisely called seminal fluid its the clear fluid that conveys the sperm to the target. While the chances are lower then seminal fluid+sperm, there is a possibility of getting pregnant from seminal fluid. In order for seminal fluid to be released the male has to be somewhat exited. A few sperm might be mixed in with the fluid. For safety I would treat seminal fluid as loaded to the gills with sperm, because the line between seminal fluid and sperm is just two shakes of .......
